‘To enable poor local Malawians to become self sufficient, through practical training and education’
The Wawa Malawi Development Project is designed to help the local community gain a variety of life skills with the objective of becoming self sufficient. This will be through practical training and education by involving international and local partners, large organisations and the local community.
Develop a series of strategic learning weeks throughout the country, and involve volunteers from educational institutions, local based companies, agriculture farms, international volunteers, transport and accommodation providers, to support and deliver training by constructing a well networked and fully equipped structure that involves training and work placement. Through harnessing regional strengths and local skills combined with efficient equipment to enable financial stability within communities that would thus increase contribution to eradicating poverty. Preparing local communities with necessary knowledge and education on problem solving skills and tackle tasks through a strong network of supplier providers and charities.
All monies donated to the Wawa Malawi Development Project will be publicly published, this will ensure all stakeholders and communities involved can honestly monitor where every donation and investment is going and the outcomes published.
